From inbox to sent quote, automatically

Five steps happen for every incoming request — with no one re-typing a price, and no chance of the AI inventing one.

  1. 1

A request lands in your inbox

A customer emails asking for a quote. Tenderloop sees it the moment it arrives — through a Microsoft Graph subscription — so nothing waits in a queue.

  2. 2

    It reads and understands

The email is classified as a genuine request for quote, and the customer, their company, and the products they're asking about are extracted — in the language of your own catalogue.

  3. 3

Prices come from your list — not the AI

Every product is matched to your price list, and each line total is recomputed on our servers as quantity × your unit price. Anything that can't be matched confidently is flagged “needs review”, never guessed.

  4. 4

    Your quote is rendered

The numbers drop into your own Word template — your layout, your branding — and render to a clean PDF, grouped by category with proposal numbering.

  5. 5

    The reply goes out

The PDF is sent back to the customer from your own mailbox. The same email is never quoted twice, and every quote is saved to your history.

Why you can leave it running

Server-side pricing

Money is always re-derived from your catalogue, so the model's arithmetic can never reach a customer.

Provider-agnostic

Built on a provider-agnostic pipeline — Microsoft 365 today, with Gmail coming soon and no lock-in either way.

Never double-quoted

Each incoming message is processed once and only once, even if the provider delivers it more than once.
