What does Tenderloop actually do?
It reads the request-for-quote emails your customers send, works out what they're asking for, prices it against your own list, and replies with a finished PDF quote — automatically, from your own mailbox.
Will it change how my mailbox works?
No. Tenderloop only reads incoming requests and sends replies. Your existing mail, folders, and signatures are untouched, and you can keep using your inbox exactly as before.
Do my customers know it's automated?
The quote arrives as a normal reply from your address, on your template. It's your quote — Tenderloop just does the typing.
Accuracy & pricing
Can the AI invent or mis-price a product?
No. The AI matches products, but every price is recomputed on our servers from your price list. Anything it can't match confidently is flagged “needs review” instead of being guessed at.
What happens to products that aren't on my list?
They're included on the quote but clearly marked for review, so a human can decide — nothing off-list is ever priced automatically.
What if my prices change?
You edit your price list in the portal and changes apply to new quotes straight away. Our team reviews the list after larger changes, so pricing stays deliberate.
Setup & mailboxes
Which mailboxes are supported?
Microsoft 365 / Outlook today. Gmail support is built and coming soon — the system is provider-agnostic underneath, so both will behave identically once it launches.
What file formats do I need?
An Excel price list and a Word quote template. See getting started for the details.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are live the same day. The one step that isn't instant is the validation of your quote template, so your first quote is on-brand.

How much does it cost?
The first month is free, then you choose a plan by volume. See pricing.
Do test quotes count toward my limit?
Yes — quotes you generate yourself to try things out count the same as real ones, so your usage numbers always reflect reality.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no lock-in; you can cancel whenever you like.
