Will it change how my mailbox works?
No. Tenderloop only reads incoming requests and sends replies through your existing inbox. Your mail, folders, and signatures stay exactly as they are.
Can it invent or mis-price products?
No. The AI matches products, but pricing is always recomputed on our side from your price list. Anything it can't confidently match is flagged “needs review” rather than guessed.
What do I need to get started?
A Microsoft 365 / Outlook mailbox (Gmail is coming soon), your price list as an Excel file, and your quote template as a Word document. Your price list is reviewed by our team after upload; your template is validated before it goes live.
